Nationalism, Internationalism, and the Origins of the American Research University
With WISCAPE support in Summer 2005, Faculty Affiliate
Adam Nelson
completed research on the impact of international travel by American scholars on the progress of research and scientific education in the United States during the 19th century . Several publications stem from this project, including:
